Red Roof Inn & Suites Cleveland, TN

If you have children, s/he has probably have lost or left a beloved toy behind at some point. In most cases, that toy is gone forever. In our case, we were two hours away from this Red Roof Inn, having checked out earlier that morning, when our 3yo boy started crying for his best friend - a stuffed animal he has had since he was a baby. My stomach dropped. I knew almost instantly that he had left him behind at the motel. After searching every nook and cranny of our car, we called the motel to see if they could locate the stuffed animal. Elizabeth searched the room, took apart the bed, looked under the bed, and when she still couldn't find him, searched the laundry room. We had just made the decision to turn around and drive two hours back so that we could assist in finding my kid's beloved friend, when we received the call that he had been uncovered at the very bottom of a laundry bin! Once found, Elizabeth got our information and told us that she would send the stuffed toy to us ASAP. As luck would have it, a series of unfortunate events occurred with the folks running the motel, thereby delaying the return of my boy's buddy. It took several months, but eventually, the stuffed animal made it back home, much to my boy's delight. We travel frequently with our kitty who has special dietary needs so we often choose to stay at Red Roof Inns when we are passing through for a night simply because it's affordable and we know we won't have any issues with our kitty. We chose this particular Red Roof Inn because of its easy access to the highway and found the no-frills rooms to be clean and well-maintained - better than most of the Red Roof Inns we have stayed, which to be honest, can be pretty hit-or-miss. Above all, the service and the people running the motel exceeded expectations on every level. I know it must have been very low priority for the motel staff to look for and send a worn out little stuffed animal (they could have just as easily said that they couldn't find him and have that be the end of it), especially with all that was going on for them at the time, but it meant the world to my boy and for that, we are forever grateful.

Great value motel. Definitely a 5 star 'for the price'. The room had clean hardwood floors. Good water pressure and hot water. Refrig and microwave in room. Pet friendly. Parking lot is well lighted. This is a budget motel. Not a quiet motel. You can hear traffic and other guests outside the room. My room was very clean. Towels were adequate. It's clear that management is not overspending on towels and bedding. Savings easily paid for breakfast. I had a pleasant exchange with the front desk person. Very convenient location. I would stay here again.

Got a great night’s rest! Great price for a clean room! Bed was very comfortable. Love that RRIs have gotten rid of the carpet. When you cater to pets, it’s better than wondering what the stains are and just how clean are the carpets. The only staff member I saw was the young lady at the front desk and she was wonderful. Very pleasant and helpful. Only thing we saw that wasn’t up to par was the craftsmanship in the bathroom. The tile work was shoddy and the shower rod was held in place with a 3” screw leaving 2” hanging out of the wall. Otherwise the bathroom was clean. I would just consider not hiring that worker again.

The hotel is very clean but needs some upgrades to the room especially the sink The service was excellent location very good

Overall the facility was good. The clerk at the front desk was very friendly. We had a bit of trouble getting into the room.. but it was easily remedied with a new card key. The room itself was very nice and clean. The bathroom showed some wearing.. but it's to be expected. There's also a leather recliner that one of the staff brought in for a previous guest who was in a wheel chair. Guy stayed for 2 weeks and she brought her lovely recliner for him so he had something more comfortable to sir in while he was here. I'm sure she'll be taking it home shortly. Water pressure was great and the room smelled clean. No complaints from me about this stay!!

The rooms aren't the nicest however they are comfortable and fairly clean. The only complaint I had would be the shower head sprays oddly but no big deal. The host were very friendly and understanding. I never saw any bugs or criminal activity. The price is more than fair and they do try there best to accommodate you. They had no issue with early arrival and even allowed me to checkout half an hour late. This is definitely my top pick for this area and highly recommend if your on a tight budget. Don't go to the oyo "Lincoln inn" it's way cheaper but not worth it by any means avoid tha place. Red roof inn for the win! Will be returning!

From a lot of different rooms I've rented over the years I have to say this location is one of the best. Clean room, helpful staff and polite management. I didn't see anyone walking around outside just guest checking in didn't have anyone bothering me and my family. Saw a few police cars so definitely being patrolled. I can't speak for any other rooms but it's really nice compared to a lot in Chattanooga. I asked for a viewing before paying which I highly recommend before booking anywhere and wasn't hassled to buy first.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. They are pet Friendly, which was a plus, and this location made it easy to find restaurants nearby .they also had reasonably priced one night rates.
